Tetra Pak needs its customers to stay ahead of their market with the latest, and best targeted innovations and their customers want the best information about what’s coming next, and how to position their brands for success.
The HMT approach
With so many different countries and clients the HMT has put together engagement weeks for different countries, where we travel to a region and run, with the Key Account Managers, a multi-pronged series of sessions including, for example:
- Country-wide inspiration seminars & trainings for TP customers
- Full and half-day clinics with individual customer brands
- Two-day customer-innovation sessions during head-office visits
- Tetra-Pak Sponsored Brand Direction or Innovation workshops for select customer-projects
- Training TetraPak KAM’s in the FourFactors approach
