Swedish Oats Meet Chinese Shelves

For The Green Dairy’s Private Label launch at Sam’s Club in China, we developed standout packaging. From a visual identity cencpet rooted in Swedish tradition to shelf-ready designs, a distinctive pack design route was crafted. Focusing on attention-grabbing visuals, clear branding, and strong Nordic origins.

The concept, inspired by traditional Swedish ‘Kurbits’ art, highlights Swedish oats, premium quality, and safe, plant-based goodness for the Chinese market. Complete with tailored FourFactors® PackTalk messaging our designs not only met Walmart’s global standards but also captured consumer attention from day one.

Our Methodology

The Brand Torch: “Defining the Position and Expression of a Purpose-Driven Brand” is HMT’s proprietary brand definition model, symbolizing the two parts of the Brand Positioning Blueprint: the solid handle as the stable position and the flame as the inspiring expression. Both are entrusted to the CEO by the board. The source of the brand, where its values and ethics reside, is what fuels the torch, making it crucial to anchor this in the corporation.
